Biography
Orpheus Wines is a small family-owned Santa Rosa winery offering sustainably built, artfully crafted wines that celebrate life and community. Inspired by the Greek demigod Orpheus, arbiter of music and poetry, Orpheus Wines was created in 2011 out of the blending of passions and talents of a Winemaker, an Artist, and a Visioneer.
Winemaker Marc Krafft brings a multitude of skills and talents to his winemaking process, drawing on years of experience in the wine industry as well as his previous career in the medical field and passions for dance, music, and the culinary arts. The result is a set of premium, food-friendly wines that delight the senses.
